General Information<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These Terms &amp; Conditions govern all purchases made through the Arborea online store (www.arborea.ee).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Arborea is operated by <span class=\"s1\"><b>H\u00fcr\u00fc O\u00dc<\/b><\/span>, an Estonian-registered company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All preserved plants and trees offered in our store are natural products that have undergone a preservation process to ensure their long-lasting beauty and maintenance-free character.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><hr>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><h2><b>2. Products<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All Arborea plants and trees are <span class=\"s1\"><b>100% natural<\/b><\/span>, preserved through a non-toxic, plant-based process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As they are natural items, <span class=\"s1\"><b>slight variations in colour, size, or shape<\/b><\/span> may occur \u2014 these are part of each product\u2019s unique character and not considered defects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Please note:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Preserved plants are <span class=\"s1\"><b>for indoor use only<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">They do <\/span><b>not require watering, trimming, or direct sunlight<\/b><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Exposure to humidity, water, or direct sunlight may reduce product lifespan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><hr>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><h2><b>3. Shipping and Delivery<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Due to the size and delicate nature of our products, <span class=\"s1\"><b>standard shipping rates do not apply.<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Each order is packaged individually, and delivery costs are <span class=\"s1\"><b>quoted separately after the order is placed<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Once your order is received:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You will be contacted within <\/span><b>1\u20132 working days<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> with a <\/span><b>personal shipping quote<\/b><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">After payment and confirmation, the product will be prepared and dispatched.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Average production and preparation time is <span class=\"s1\"><b>2\u20133 weeks<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">Arborea delivers across the <span class=\"s1\"><b>EU, Scandinavia, and the UAE<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Customers outside the EU may be subject to <span class=\"s1\"><b>import duties or local taxes<\/b><\/span>, which are the buyer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><hr>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><h2><b>5. Returns &amp; Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within <span class=\"s1\"><b>14 days<\/b><\/span> after receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at <span class=\"s1\"><b><a href=\"mailto:info@arborea.ee\">info@arborea.ee<\/a><\/b><\/span> within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><h3><b>Conditions for return:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The item must be <\/span><b>unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The return right does <span class=\"s1\"><b>not apply to opened preserved plants<\/b><\/span>, as exposure to air and humidity may alter their quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Custom-made or specially ordered products are <span class=\"s1\"><b>non-returnable.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Refunds are processed within <span class=\"s1\"><b>14 days<\/b><\/span> after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><hr>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><h2><b>6. Product Care &amp; Maintenance<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Preserved plants require no watering or trimming.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For best longevity:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Keep indoors, away from direct sunlight and moisture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Avoid placing near radiators, air conditioners, or humidifiers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dust occasionally using a soft brush or dry air.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Slight scent upon unpacking is normal and will fade within a few days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><hr>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><h2><b>8. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">While Arborea takes great care in packaging and quality control, we are not responsible for damage caused by:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Improper handling or care after delivery,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Exposure to unsuitable conditions (humidity, heat, sunlight),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Incorrect installation or repotting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our liability shall in no case exceed the value of the product purchased.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><hr>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><h2><b>9.
