They have undergone a preservation process that replaces the natural sap with a plant-based solution, allowing them to retain their beauty, softness, and colour for years — without the need for water or sunlight.

Yes — preserved plants are non-toxic and safe for home and office environments.

However, as with any decorative object, they are not intended for consumption, so we recommend keeping them out of reach of small children and pets.

The preservation process replaces the plant’s natural sap with a biodegradable, plant-based glycerin solution and natural colorants.

This keeps the plant soft, flexible, and long-lasting while maintaining its natural look and feel — without any harmful chemicals.

A subtle scent is completely normal — it comes from the natural preservation process that keeps the plant soft and vibrant without water.

The scent usually fades within a few days after unpacking as the plant adjusts to your indoor environment.

It’s harmless and part of the product’s natural character.

With the right indoor conditions, preserved plants can last for several years — often 3 to 5 years or more.

Their longevity depends on placement: keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat sources to maintain their vibrant look for as long as possible.

Each preserved tree or plant is delivered in a simple plastic pot, used mainly for transportation and stability during shipping.

Decorative ceramic or design pots are not included, allowing you to choose a style that best fits your interior.

Our products are easy to replant into any decorative pot once they arrive.

Preserved plants are designed for indoor use only.

Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or humidity can affect their colour and texture. If you wish to use them there, keep in mind that the lifespan will decrease drastically.

Our preserved trees and plants are custom made and packed per order if not in Arborea stock. Production and preparation usually take 2–3 weeks, after which we arrange delivery based on your location and preferred carrier.

You’ll receive an estimated delivery date and tracking details once purchase of product is done and shipping quote is confirmed.

Each Arborea tree and plant is unique in size and requires custom packaging and handling to ensure safe delivery. Because of this, shipping costs vary for every order and destination.

We calculate the most secure and cost-efficient option after your order is placed and send you a personalized shipping quote for approval before dispatch.

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be manually sent to you upon request from info@arborea.ee

Each order is carefully prepared and packed to order. Production time is usually 2–3 weeks, followed by delivery, which depends on your location and chosen carrier.

We’ll confirm the estimated delivery date once your shipping method is agreed upon.

Yes — we deliver our preserved trees and plants across the entire European UnionEach shipment is handled individually to ensure safe transport and proper packaging.

If you’re located outside the EU, such as in the UAE, please contact us for a personalized delivery quote.

No problem — if your preferred payment method isn’t available at checkout, we can issue a prepayment invoice instead.

Simply contact us at info@arborea.ee with your order details, and we’ll send you an invoice for manual bank transfer.

Your order will be processed once the payment has been received.
