These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Arborea online store (www.arborea.ee).
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Arborea is operated by Hürü OÜ, an Estonian-registered company.
All preserved plants and trees offered in our store are natural products that have undergone a preservation process to ensure their long-lasting beauty and maintenance-free character.
2. Products
All Arborea plants and trees are 100% natural, preserved through a non-toxic, plant-based process.
As they are natural items, slight variations in colour, size, or shape may occur — these are part of each product’s unique character and not considered defects.
Please note:

Preserved plants are for indoor use only.

They do not require watering, trimming, or direct sunlight.

Exposure to humidity, water, or direct sunlight may reduce product lifespan.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on the website are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices and product information at any time.
Payment can be made using the listed payment providers at checkout.
If your preferred payment method is not available, we can issue a prepayment invoice — please contact us at info@arborea.ee.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Due to the size and delicate nature of our products, standard shipping rates do not apply.
Each order is packaged individually, and delivery costs are quoted separately after the order is placed.
Once your order is received:

You will be contacted within 1–2 working days with a personal shipping quote.

After payment and confirmation, the product will be prepared and dispatched.

Average production and preparation time is 2–3 weeks.
Arborea delivers across the EU, Scandinavia, and the UAE.
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@arborea.ee within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.
Conditions for return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

The return right does not apply to opened preserved plants, as exposure to air and humidity may alter their quality.

Custom-made or specially ordered products are non-returnable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately — ideally within 48 hours of receipt — and include photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
7. Product Care & Maintenance
Preserved plants require no watering or trimming.
For best longevity:

Keep indoors, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Avoid placing near radiators, air conditioners, or humidifiers.

Dust occasionally using a soft brush or dry air.
Slight scent upon unpacking is normal and will fade within a few days.
8. Limitation of Liability
While Arborea takes great care in packaging and quality control, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper handling or care after delivery,

Exposure to unsuitable conditions (humidity, heat, sunlight),

Incorrect installation or repotting.
Our liability shall in no case exceed the value of the product purchased.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your information will be used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer communication.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Estonian law and applicable EU consumer regulations.
