Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person you have authorized, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@arborea.ee with your order number and return request.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
All labels, seals, and accessories must remain intact.
The item must be in a resellable condition (no signs of use, damage, or modification).

Due to the nature of preserved plants, returns are not accepted if:

The packaging has been opened, and the product exposed to air or moisture.
The item has been handled in a way that could affect its appearance or preservation quality.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Email us at info@arborea.ee to start your return.
We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and a return address.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
